As previous co-owners of Lexis Homes, Duane Hill and Joanne Perrot-Hill have been involved in designing and building some of the region’s most acclaimed residential developments, earning distinction as members of the exclusive Holmes Approved Homes Program.

Our Team
Duane is the co-owner and founder of VOCE Developments. Duane specialized in business development. He also oversees project operations and ensures projects are completed on time while exceeding customer expectations.

Joanne is the co-owner and founder of VOCE Developments. Joanne looks after all construction administration and business operations.

Taylor joined the VOCE Developments team in 2018 as an Architectural Technologist, specializing in Building Sciences. Taylor works closely with the client throughout the entire design and construction process from initial design and material selections, to detailed construction drawings and site walkthroughs.

Pam started with VOCE January of 2021. As office manager, she oversees day-to-day office operations. Pam assists with payroll and administrative duties as well as coordinates project schedules and site materials.

Kyah joined the VOCE Developments team in 2021 as an Architectural Technologist, specializing in Interior Design. Kyah graduated from the Architectural Technologies program top of her class in 2021. Kyah works closely with the team throughout the entire design and construction process from initial design and material selections, to detailed construction drawings.

Robbin started with VOCE in 2016 and has been a major asset to our team from the beginning. Robbin oversees all operations on site. He ensures the construction team is on track and all projects are running smoothly. Robbin is the point person between sub-contractors, clients, and the VOCE team.
